Said plainly, because finding this out afterwards is what makes people angry: a day pass cannot be refunded, and a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for rather than stopping dead.
A day pass costs $3.99 and unlocks everything for twenty-four hours. Once you have bought it, it cannot be refunded - including if you do not use it, use it once, or change your mind an hour later.
The reason is that the whole product is delivered the instant you pay. There is no shipment to stop and nothing to return: a day pass that could be refunded after use would be free for anybody willing to ask.
This is why the free tier exists and why it is not a trial. Three full vehicle sheets a week, every week, no card - enough to see exactly what you would be buying before you buy it. Please use it first.
Cancel whenever you like, in one click from your account page. No email, no form, and nobody trying to talk you out of it.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end your access straight away: you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, because you paid for it. A monthly plan cancelled on the third runs to the thirtieth.
We do not refund part of a period, and we do not refund a renewal you meant to cancel and did not, except in the cases below.
You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged after cancelling. That is our error and we refund it in full without argument.
You were charged by somebody who is not you. Tell us and we will refund it and close the account.
The service was substantially broken for the time you paid for and we could not fix it. A day pass bought on a day the site could not produce sheets is a refund, not a lesson.
An annual subscription renewed and you tell us within fourteen days, before making significant use of the new period. We would rather return a year you did not mean to buy than keep it.
Some places give consumers a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase that this policy does not. Where that applies to you it wins, and this policy does not take it away - ask and we will honour it.
Email hello@junkyardpicker.com from the address on the account, and say what was charged and what went wrong. We answer within two working days, and an approved refund goes back to the original card through Stripe, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and we can usually settle it the same day - and if we have genuinely made a mistake, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
