2005 Nissan 350Z shifter bezel

The middle asking price for a used one is $70.99, across 49 live eBay listings for the 2003–2008 generation. Half of them ask between $40.00 and $125.05. That’s what sellers are asking, not what buyers paid. Sold prices aren’t published anywhere you can count on, and asking prices usually run about a quarter higher than what things sell for — so we say which one this is.

How it comes off

Clips break. Pry at the clip, not the middle of the panel, and a spare handful from the same car costs nothing.

  1. Unclip the shift boot or the bezel around the lever with a trim tool.
  2. If it will not clear the lever, the knob may unscrew or pull up off a clip.
  3. Unplug the indicator light before you lift it over the knob.

The usual order on most cars. A 2005 Nissan 350Z may hide a screw or a clip somewhere else: if a piece will not move, look for what is still holding it before you pry harder.

What to bring for it

Typical sizes, not a promise for every car. Everything to bring to a pull-your-own yard.

Is it worth pulling?

That depends on what the yard charges for it and how long it takes to get off the car, and on where it sits against the other 81 parts on a 2005 Nissan 350Z that have a market. The full sheet for this vehicle ranks all of them by what you save and by what you clear.
